And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street

Dr. Seuss wrote a story that has become a Stuart Family favorite - And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street.  It is a story of a boy who describes the sights and sounds of people and vehicles traveling along Mulberry Street (which actually turns out to be a street nearby where Dr. Seuss grew up in Springfield, MA) and the fantasy story he will tell his father when he arrives home but then decides to just tell him what he actually saw.  It is a great story. If you haven't read it, I would highly encourage it.

Many times after coming home from school or on a family vacation my parents would ask, "What did you see on Mulberry Street today?"  This is a great question to reflect about what out-of-the-ordinary, odd, different, or even exciting sights I witnessed that day.  I want to start a tradition and start mentioning a Mulberry Street Moment as often as I can (let's be honest, it won't be everyday).  Starting today (Taybabe, you will appreciate this)....

I may or may not have taken this picture with my phone....
